Because our products are all custom made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept exchanges.

If you received a damaged item, please contact us at libertybelledesigns@proton.me and we will work with you to make it right. Please be sure to include pictures of the damage item.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
